Na Noruega a “minha” Alesund

Comecei a organizar esta viagem em janeiro de 2012 porque gosto de pesquisar detalhadamente cada país que vou visitar. Estudando a Noruega descobri a pequena Alesund, uma cidadezinha estilo art nouveau encravada no meio dos fjords noruegueses. Fiquei tão apaixonada pela cidade que  resolvi cortar Oslo do meu roteiro para ficar quatro dias em Alesund, o lugar mais aguardado de toda a viagem. I started organizing this trip in January 2012 because I like to do a research about the country I am going to visit. As I was looking at Norway I found Alesund, a small town art nouveau style nestled in the Norwegian fjords. I was so in love with the town that I decided to cut Oslo from my itinerary so that I could stay four days in Ålesund, the place I was really looking forward to visiting.

No domingo, 8 de julho de 2012, deixei o meu hotel iate em Estocolmo às 5h30 da manhã para ir para o aeroporto. Voei com a Scandinavian Airline até Bergen que tinha no comando da aeronave uma mulher capitã. A duração do voo foi de 1h15. Cheguei em Bergen e fiquei  quatro horas no aeroporto esperando para tomar o avião para Alesund. On Sunday, 8^th July 2012, I left my yacht hotel in Stockholm at 5:30 am and head to the airport. I flew to Bergen with Scandinavian Airline and the captain was a woman. The duration of the flight was 1h15. I arrived in Bergen and spent four hours at the airport waiting to board to Alesund.

Eu tinha sonhado em chegar na minha Alesund num dia ensolarado e ver a cidade da janela do avião. Não foi o que aconteceu. Quando nos aproximamos do pouso a vista que eu tinha não era nada interessante. Ai que tristeza! It was my dream to arrive in Alesund on a sunny day so that I could see it from the plane window. It was not what happened. As we were close to land the view from my window was not interesting at all. How sad!

Tomei um ônibus para o centro da cidade onde fica o meu hotel, o Clarion Collection Bryggen. A cidade tem 42.000 habitantes e 11 hotéis. O hotel, que achei maravilhoso pela internet, ao chegar descobri que era ainda mais lindo e aconchegante. Um luxo! I took a bus to the city center where my hotel, Clarion Collection Bryggen is located. The town has 42,000 inhabitants and 11 hotels. The hotel is even more beautiful and cozy than I thought it was when I saw it in the internet. It is a first class hotel.

Entrei no meu quarto e fui brindada com esta vista da minha janela. I got into my room and I was welcome with this view from my window.

Como chovia, ventava e fazia muito frio em Alesund deixei para conhecer a cidade no dia seguinte. Eu tinha dormido apenas três horas na noite anterior e precisava descansar.As it was raining, windy and very cold in Alesund I decided to visit the town the next day. I had only slept three hours the night before and I did need to rest.
